The quality of the lights was instantly apparent when I took them out of the box. Sturdy and made with quality materials. They are 220v which is the European standard and work perfectly fine with the 230v British standard. We had the lights professionally installed, and the Electricians had no issues with them.

This is a Hong Kong based seller and shipped product from China. They will not accept returns and in our case the light was electrically faulty/earthing improperly. Basically not UK standard and dangerous. Now having to deal with credit card company to get £300 back. AVOID. Date of experience: 21 February 2024.

Needed to return a wall light and they said I had to pay cost of return and a 10% restock fee. Fine, but they only refunded me 50% of the product despite me sending back in an unused condition. We hadn’t even taken it out of the box as we longer needed it. Complete scam, please avoid!
